Plz fix ASAP!

The app crashes before opening then hen it does open the image is distorted. All I see are different color lines on a white background and I can hear tr game music. Plz fix ASAP or give me my money back!

I have seen it played and would love to give it 5 stars but not until an update that fixes this problem. Thank you.
